Docks All Regular (Full) Members and Junior Members rent docks or racks in the CLSA harbor area. Youth members rent racks, in either the Pram, Sunfish or Laser area. Steve Nelson is our Harbormaster and in charge of all dock assignments. Pete Japikse is chairman of our junior program and is in charge of all rack assignments.
